I work from an integrative stance based in Person Centered Counselling, and have further training in Narrative Therapy, DBT, and the Immanuel Approach. I am able to provide Phone and Video counselling to Adults. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and also a Certified ADHD service procider.
